Koen Boone is Director Europe of The Sustainability Consortium (TSC) and employed by Wageningen University and Research (WUR). Before joining TSC, Koen led a research center focusing on monitoring sustainability of Dutch food chains. Koen has more than fifteen years of experience on measuring sustainability on all kinds of levels (product, company, sector). He worked together with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) on the development of GRI guidelines for sustainability reporting for the Food Processing Industry.
