Jessica Ginger is the Senior Director, THESIS Impact Team at The Sustainability Consortium (TSC) where she leads and coordinates the use of THESIS by retailers and consumer goods companies to inform supply chain sustainability strategy and execution. She also oversees TSC’s service provider training program and support services. Jessica’s passion for social sustainability has been the driving force behind her 15 years of global, multi-stakeholder, and multi-issue experiences. Prior to joining TSC in 2013, Jessica managed partnerships in Africa and the Middle East for the AmeriCares Foundation where she worked to improve the quality and increase the quantity of medical aid delivered to marginalized populations. She also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Republic of Moldova and was a Technical Advisory Committee Member for the UNDP's 2014 Equator Prize. Jessica received her M.A. in Sustainable International Development from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
