Alison Thoma joined The Sustainability Consortium (TSC) in November 2016 as the Development and Member Operations Assistant. She received a combined Bachelors degree in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Whitman College and is now perusing a MBA at the University of Arkansas. Prior to working at TSC Alison was the Office Manager at NNCrystal, a nanotechnology company, where she worked on strengthening communication between the American and Chinese teams. Alison also worked as a Research Assistant at Resilience Services. As a Research Assistant she participated on several international projects including the evaluation of poultry, dairy, and swine production in terms of technical approaches for sustainability assessment.
