Sarah leads the Central Region for The Climate Corporation. In this role Sarah is responsible for achieving business growth and hitting sales targets by designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands Climate FieldView’s customer base and ensuring a strong market presence. Previous to this, she was responsible for developing value propositions, product positioning, pricing, channel approaches and other key demand creation strategies for Climate FieldView. Sarah’s Monsanto experiences include the role of Corn Systems Product Launch Lead and Commercial Marketing Lead – U.S./Canada in the Vegetable Seed business and MBA Associate, where she led multiple challenging assignments within the U.S. Row Crops organization. Prior to joining Monsanto, Sarah held a variety of marketing and product management positions across multiple B-to-B organizations. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia and an MBA from St. Louis University. She resides in St. Louis with her husband and two girls.
