Savvy consumers are directing ever increasing attention to the impact they make when using products they’ve purchased. This webinar will focus on efforts to reduce the life cycle impacts that occur during a product’s use. We will explore efforts being made across various sectors to improve the sustainability of product use using approaches such as product design and consumer communication. We will discuss steps suppliers can take to reduce impacts in the product use phase and how these changes can result in improved scores on retailer sustainability assessments.
